Parmesan, Chicken & Broccoli Pasta
- 113 g whole wheat spaghetti, uncooked
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 cups small broccoli florets
- 1 large tomato, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 4 tsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Light Grated Cheese
- Cook spaghetti as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, heat dressing and garlic in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat.
- Add chicken and broccoli; cook and stir 5 to 7 min.
- or until chicken is done.
- Stir in tomatoes and 1/4 cup mozzarella; cook 1 to 2 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Drain spaghetti; place on serving plate.
- Top with chicken mixture, remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
