1 2 3 Crab Recipe
- 1 lb Blue Crab, fresh or possibly frzn
- 1/2 c. Butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. Tarragon Vinegar
- Thaw frzn crab meat.
- Drain crab meat.
- Remove any remaining shell or possibly cartilage.
- Place crab meat in a shallow 1-qt casserole.
- Combine butter and vinegar.
- Pour over crab meat.
- Mix lightly.
- Broil about 4" from source of heat for 12 to 15 min or possibly till lightly browned.
