1 2 3 Crab Recipe

  1. Thaw frzn crab meat.
  2. Drain crab meat.
  3. Remove any remaining shell or possibly cartilage.
  4. Place crab meat in a shallow 1-qt casserole.
  5. Combine butter and vinegar.
  6. Pour over crab meat.
  7. Mix lightly.
  8. Broil about 4" from source of heat for 12 to 15 min or possibly till lightly browned.
