Granola with Philly & Peaches
- Granola
- 1/4 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons pepitas ( pumpkin seeds)
- 2 tablespoons sunflower kernels
- 2 tablespoons natural almonds, chopped
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon sultanas
- 1 tablespoon dried apricots, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 125g tub PHILADELPHIA Light Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 peaches, stones removed, sliced
- Heat honey and oil in a small saucepan until warmed through and combined.
- Allow to cool slightly.
- Place remaining granola ingredients into a large bowl.
- Add honey mixture and stir until well combined.
- Spoon mixture onto a lined oven tray and bake at 140C fan-forced for 25 - 30 minutes, until golden (will firm upon cooling).
- Break into chunks when cool.
- Mix together the Philly* and honey until smooth.
- Serve with granola and peach slices.
