Avocado And Mozarella Cheese Stuffed Tomatoes Recipe

  1. Cut tomatoes in half and scoop out insides.
  2. (Can be used in place of tomato concasse to make Tomato-Basil Cream Sauce.)
  3. Set each half on top of lettuce garnished plate.
  4. In a blender, add in garlic, basil, balsamic vinegar, oil and white wine.
  5. Blend and adjust according to taste.
  6. Toss with Avocado and Mozarella cubes till completely coated.
  7. Stuff tomatoes with mix and garnish with garlic chives or possibly other long thin garnish stuck into tomatoes.
  8. Looks terrific and tastes unbelievable!
