Triple Orange Sunset Salad

  1. Mix juice and ginger in medium saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
  3. Add to gelatin in large bowl; stir at least 2 min.
  4. until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  5. Refrigerate 1-1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves a definite impression.)
  6. Stir in fruit and walnuts.
  7. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set.
