Barnes' Quick Pork Chop Casserole Recipe

  1. Layer rice in bottom of 9"x11" or possibly smaller casserole dish.
  2. Pour liquid from asparagus over rice, spread mushroom soup over which.
  3. Lay 4 pork chops on top, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
  5. Turn pork chops over, season and bake for 30 min.
