Pineapple Right-Side-Up Cake

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease and flour 12 cup fluted tube pan. Intmall saucepan, melt margarine;
  3. stir in brown sugar until well

  5. Press

  7. mixturetn bottom of prepared pan.
  8. Cut
  9. pineapple
  10. slices in half;
  11. place 6 halves on top of the

  13. cherry in center of each pineapple half.
  14. In large bowl, blend cake mix, water, oil and eggs at
  15. low speed
  16. until
  17. moistened.
  18. Beat 2 minutes at high speed.
  19. Pour into
  20. prepared
  21. pan.

  24. minutes. Immediately invert onto cooling rack.
