Dessert Sushi

  1. Combine dry gelatin mix and water in large microwaveable bowl.
  2. Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
  3. ; stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.
  4. Add marshmallows; stir until evenly coated with the gelatin.
  5. Microwave on HIGH 1 min.
  6. or until marshmallows are partially melted.
  7. Stir with wire whisk until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  8. Pour into 9-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  9. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
  10. Run sharp knife around edges of pan to loosen gelatin layer from pan.
  11. Starting at one end, roll up gelatin layer tightly.
  12. Cut into 8 strips, then roll each strip into spiral.
  13. Cover.
  14. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
