Cavatelli with broccoli and garlic
- 5 cup boiling water in medium sauce pan
- 2 cup boiling water in small saucepan
- 1 lb frozen cavatelli
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 clove garlic diced
- 1 box frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated parmasan Romano cheese
- 3 dash Black pepper
- Add cavatelli to medium saucepan of boiling water and cook as directed on bag
- While the pasta is cooking place broccoli in small sauce pan of boiling water.
- In a medium frying pan add olive oil and butter on medium low heat
- Once the butter is melted in the oil add the diced garlic and cook until light golden brown
- strain the broccoli and add it the the olive oil butter and garlic and slowly pour in chicken broth
- strain cavatelli
- In a medium serving bowl add grated cheese and black pepper mix it up than add cavatelli and mix together
- Now pour the broccoli mixture into the serving bowl with the pasta and give it a quick stir and voila!
