Cavatelli with broccoli and garlic

  1. Add cavatelli to medium saucepan of boiling water and cook as directed on bag
  2. While the pasta is cooking place broccoli in small sauce pan of boiling water.
  3. In a medium frying pan add olive oil and butter on medium low heat
  4. Once the butter is melted in the oil add the diced garlic and cook until light golden brown
  5. strain the broccoli and add it the the olive oil butter and garlic and slowly pour in chicken broth
  6. strain cavatelli
  7. In a medium serving bowl add grated cheese and black pepper mix it up than add cavatelli and mix together
  8. Now pour the broccoli mixture into the serving bowl with the pasta and give it a quick stir and voila!
