Country Garden Primavera

  1. Cook and stir zucchini and cauliflower in butter in large skillet on medium heat until tender-crisp.
  2. Add tomatoes, mostaccioli and basil; heat thoroughly.
  3. Add VELVEETA; continue cooking until VELVEETA is melted.
  4. Microwave: Microwave zucchini, cauliflower and butter in 3-quart casserole or microwavable bowl on HIGH 4 to 6 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring every 2 minutes.
  5. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  6. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 4 to 6 minutes or until VELVEETA is melted, stirring every 2 minutes.
