Country Garden Primavera
- 3 cups zucchini sticks
- 2 cups cauliflower florets Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
- 1-1/2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup (4 oz.) mostaccioli, cooked, drained
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves, crushed
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
- Cook and stir zucchini and cauliflower in butter in large skillet on medium heat until tender-crisp.
- Add tomatoes, mostaccioli and basil; heat thoroughly.
- Add VELVEETA; continue cooking until VELVEETA is melted.
- Microwave: Microwave zucchini, cauliflower and butter in 3-quart casserole or microwavable bowl on HIGH 4 to 6 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring every 2 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
- Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 4 to 6 minutes or until VELVEETA is melted, stirring every 2 minutes.
