Smoke hot tacos
- 1 pork tender loin
- 1 pepper seasoned both sides
- 1 galic salt seasoned both sides
- 1 jar of smokey liquid
- 1 cheese
- 1 cilantro
- 1 white onion
- 1 corn tortillas
- 1 oil
- Cut pork loin in 1/2
- Evenly spread black pepper, garlic salt on both sides then put it in a slow cooker at 400F for five hours
- Ad a cup and a 1/2 water every hour .
- About two 1/2 hours later or so lower heat to 275F.
- Then when done shredd or pull pork then make your tacos
- Sorry don't forget to inject smokey liquid in non cookedloin before putting in slowcooker
