Smoke hot tacos

  1. Cut pork loin in 1/2
  2. Evenly spread black pepper, garlic salt on both sides then put it in a slow cooker at 400F for five hours
  3. Ad a cup and a 1/2 water every hour .
  4. About two 1/2 hours later or so lower heat to 275F.
  5. Then when done shredd or pull pork then make your tacos
  6. Sorry don't forget to inject smokey liquid in non cookedloin before putting in slowcooker
