Badass Cheese Macaroni Stroganoff
- 140 grams Macaroni
- 2 cup white sauce with added parmesan and cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 large sliced thin onion
- 3 clove garlic
- 100 grams mushrooms, chopped
- 3/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- 3/4 cup cream
- 1 tbsp AP flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- 25 grams grated cheese
- Cook the pasta and add to it the white sauce with the already added cheeses
- Heat butter in a pan.
- Saute the onion and garlic till transparent.
- Add mushrooms and bell peppers and cook for 4-5 minutes.
- Mix in the cooked white sauce pasta.
- Mix together cream, flour, yoghurt, salt and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Add this to the pasta mixture and cook till bubbly and thick.
- Remove from fire and serve.
- You can also garnish it with spring onions, cheese and slivered almonds.
- Serve hot.
