Mini Oreo Cheesecakes

• 16 oz cream cheese
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 1 package oreos

1. With a mixer, Mix together: cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla
2. Add 2 eggs, Mix again
3. Line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners and add 1 oreo each.
4. Then add filling on top, and sprinkle with crushed oreos.
5. Bake at 275 for 22 minutes
6. Let cool, then refrigerate for 3 hours and enjoy!
