Chocolate Salami
- 200 grams dry butter cookies
- 100 grams granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp brewed coffee
- 50 grams baking cocoa
- 130 grams butter
- 100 grams baking chocolate
- Crush cookies with a rolling pin (coarse crumbs are fine).
- Put in a big bowl
- Add sugar, brewed coffee and cocoa powder.
- Mix well
- Melt butter and chocolate in a double boiler.
- Let it cool slightly then pour over cookies.
- Stir
- Transfer mixture to a piece of silver foil or plastic wrap (I used two sheets of silver foil), press into a log shape
- Let set in the fridge for a few hours.
- Then roll in icing sugar (to resemble cured meat) and cut into small pieces.
- Enjoy :)
