Smart-Choice Bacon Breakfast Casserole
- 8 slices whole wheat bread, crusts trimmed, divided
- 8 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Turkey Bacon, chopped
- 1 can (4 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups fat-free milk
- Place 4 bread slices on bottom of 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with bacon, mushrooms, onions and cheese.
- Cover with remaining 4 bread slices.
- Whisk eggs and milk until blended; pour over bread.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Bake, uncovered, in 350F oven 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Let stand 10 min.
- before cutting to serve.
