ORE-IDA Sweet Heat-Corn Casserole
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. chipotle chile pepper powder
- 4-1/2 cups (1/2 of 30-oz. pkg.) ORE-IDA Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed
- 1 can (14.75 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (14.75 oz.) cream-style corn
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell peppers
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl until blended.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Spoon into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 40 to 45 min.
- or until potato mixture is heated through and top is golden brown.
