Pepper-Cheese Chicken

  1. Heat oil in heavy skillet until hot, but not smoking.
  2. Saute onions & peppers until soft.
  3. Decrease heat.
  4. Stir in cooked chicken, sour cream, marjoram, & thyme.
  5. Heat a few minutes to blend, but do NOT boil.
  6. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Add cheese & stir until melted & well combined.
  9. Serve with a sprinkling of paprika.
