Chili Relleno Puff Recipe
- 17 whole green chilies (fresh or possibly canned)
- 4 ounce. Monterey Jack cheese
- 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 4 tbsp. flour
- 6 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 4 ounce. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Use 7x11 inch baking dish.
- Layer chilies and Jack cheese.
- Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk, flour, baking pwdr and garlic salt and pour over chilies and cheese.
- Top with Cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- Serves 6.
