Kansai-Style Egg Sandwich
- 2 slice Sliced bread (I recommend a 6-slice loaf)
- 2 tsp Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Margarine
- 1 tsp Ketchup (or demi-glace sauce is also recommended)
- 1 dash Mustard
- 1 tsp Mayonnaise
- Toast 2 slices of bread in a toaster oven.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan, quickly beat the eggs and pour them in as well.
- When the egg is half-cooked, use a pair of cooking chopsticks to fold the omelette over.
- It doesn't have to be a perfect square, but make sure to fold it while the eggs are still fluffy!
- The slices of toast are ready.
- Spread the mayonnaise on one of the slices and spread the ingredients over the other.
- Sandwich the omelette in between the slices of toast.
- Gently press down on the sandwich with your hand to secure the toast and fillings in place.
- Cut the sandwiches into easy-to-eat sizes and they're ready.
- The omelette will be very fluffy and yummy.
- Add sliced cucumbers if you feel like eating the sandwich with some vegetables.
- Add bacon as well to make it into a very filling sandwich.
