Loin Pork Chop Roast Recipe
- 4 to 6 loin pork chops
- 1 box bread stuffing mix
- Prepare stuffing mix as directed and set aside to cold.
- (I prepare this night before.)
- Cut a section of aluminum foil, sufficient to cover the roast you will make.
- Begin to stack chops alternately spreading stuffing mix on each chop.
- Lay the stacked chops down, using the aluminum foil to shape and cover the roast.
- Leave a little opening on top to let steam out.
- Bake covered for 40 min at 375 degrees.
- Uncover the top and bake for another 15 min.
- Remove roast from oven and let set for 20 min or possibly so before serving.
