tuna portabella melt

  1. heat 1tbls vegetable oil
  2. add sliced mushrooms, tuna and seasoning
  3. cook on medium low heat for 5-10mins stirring occasionally.
  4. place tortilla shell in oiled pan, add cheese and mushroom tuna mix cook on medium low heat for 3-4 minutes until tortilla is littly golden brown.
  5. sprinkle with your desired amt of cheese and then place other tortilla on top (like u would if u were making a quesadilla).
  6. flip and brown other side
  7. and then enjoy!
