tuna portabella melt
- 1 can tuna
- 1 colby jack cheese
- 1 slice mushrooms
- 1 pinch lemon pepper
- 1 pinch onion powder
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 2 tortilla shells
- 1 small amt of oil
- heat 1tbls vegetable oil
- add sliced mushrooms, tuna and seasoning
- cook on medium low heat for 5-10mins stirring occasionally.
- place tortilla shell in oiled pan, add cheese and mushroom tuna mix cook on medium low heat for 3-4 minutes until tortilla is littly golden brown.
- sprinkle with your desired amt of cheese and then place other tortilla on top (like u would if u were making a quesadilla).
- flip and brown other side
- and then enjoy!
