Minty Chocolate Squares

  1. Melt 1/3 cup chocolate pieces with 3/4 cup margarine over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Add combined crumbs, coconut and nuts; mix well.
  3. Press onto bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan; chill.
  4. Combine cream chesse, sugar, extract and food coloring, mixing until well blended.
  5. Spread over crust; chill.
  6. Melt remaining chocolate pieces with remaining margarine over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  7. Spread over chream cheese layer, chill.
  8. Cut into squares.
  9. Serve chilled.
