Healthy Pancakes

  1. The wheat germ I use is 70% germ, 30% bran.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients.
  3. Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  4. Fold wet into dry.
  5. Very important to mix gently.
  6. Let sit while your pan gets hot.
  7. Cook per usual.
