Plumrose Dessert Also Known As Queen Dust
- 3 egg yolks
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups Nestle cream
- 1 cup biscuit, crushed
- 250 g whole biscuits
- 1 cup milk
- 490 g mixed fruit (I use just pineapple)
- Beat egg yolks, vanilla, sugar, butter, and Nestle Cream until smooth and creamy.
- Line the bottom of a Pyrex dish with the crushed biscuits.
- Soften biscuits by pouring over some milk; dip whole pieces of biscuit in milk and place on top of biscuit crumbs.
- Pour over half of cream quantity, then fruit salad, then line more whole biscuits dipped in milk.
- Pour over the rest of cream mixture, decorate with fruit slices as desired.
- Refrigerate at least two hours before serving.
