Chicken and Haloumi Salad
- 400g chicken tenderloins
- Spray olive oil
- 200g Haloumi cheese, sliced
- 2 radicchio lettuce
- 50g baby rocket leaves
- 50g baby spinach leaves
- 3 spring onions, sliced diagonally
- 1/3 cup KRAFT French Lemon and Thyme Dressing
- SPRAY the tenderloins with oil and pan fry or chargrill for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Remove from the pan, cut into thick diagonal slices and keep warm.
- SPRAY the Haloumi with oil and cook in the same pan for 3-5 minutes until golden.
- Remove.
- ARRANGE the radicchio on serving plates, top with rocket, spinach and spring onions.
- Top with the cooked chicken and Haloumi then drizzle with the dressing.
- Serve immediately
