SHAKE 'N BAKE Bacon Wings
- 1 pkg. (5.5 oz.) SHAKE 'N BAKE Chicken Coating Mix (2 pkt.)
- 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, finely chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup flour
- 24 chicken drumettes (2 lb.)
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix both packets of coating mix and bacon in medium bowl.
- Beat eggs in pie plate or shallow dish.
- Place flour in separate pie plate or shallow dish.
- Coat drumettes, 1 at a time, with flour, then dip in eggs and bacon mixture, turning to evenly coat each drummette with eggs before coating with bacon mixture.
- Place in single layer on foil-covered baking sheet.
- Bake 20 min.
