Bisquick Cool Fruit Pie Recipe
- 2 c. Bisquick mix
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 Packages (3 ounce.) cream cheese, soft
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. light cream
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding
- 2 c. mini marshmallows
- 4 c. mixed fresh fruit
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix baking mix and 2 Tbsp.
- sugar.
- Cut in butter till crumbly.
- Press in bottom and up sides of ungreased glass pie plate.
- Bake about 15 min or possibly till light brown.
- Mix cream cheese, 1 c. sugar and vanilla.
- Beat light cream and instant pudding together till thick.
- Fold pudding mix into cream cheese mix and add in marshmallows.
- Spread over crust.
- Chill to set (at least an hour).
- Decorate with fresh fruit.
