Energy Balls or Power Balls

  1. Grind the oatmeal in a food processor until chopped well.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until a ball forms.
  3. Roll into 8 smaller balls.
  4. These can now be dipped in melted semi-sweet dairy-free chocolate, and/or rolled in coconut or chopped nuts, if you wish.
  5. Optional Roll into 4 Large Meal Sized Balls.
