Pistachio Cake
- 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup pistachio,soft grinded
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegi oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Betty Crocker premium frosting, Vanilla flavored. and some ground postachio for decorating.
- preheat oven 180c
- with cake mixer, mix eggs and sugar then add the oil and mix.
- in a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients together.
- while the machine is working, add little of the dry mix then some of the milk.. keep doing that to the end.
- mix one more min.
- prepare your tray or cups(if you wanna make it cupcake)
- pour the mix in to the baking try or cups.. baje for 20min or until you found its done.
- the time is different from oven to another.
- after cooling it, decorate it in your own way..
- I've add the betty crocker's vanilla frosting then I've sprinkled little of ground pistachio
