Pasta all'arrabbiata

  1. Heat enough oil in a large pan to cover the bottom.
  2. Chop garlic and chilies and put them in the pan.
  3. Crush the tomatoes with your hands and add them to the pan
  4. Fry it for 20-30 minutes without covering.
  5. Add the salt and the wine.
  6. Let it reduce and put it in a bowl.
  7. Boil the pasta and serve it right away.
  8. Put the sauce on top, mix and enjoy!
