Pasta all'arrabbiata
- 4 fresh chilies
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 kg canned whole tomato
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 1/4 kg penne rigate (or anyother pasta)
- bunch chopped parsley
- Heat enough oil in a large pan to cover the bottom.
- Chop garlic and chilies and put them in the pan.
- Crush the tomatoes with your hands and add them to the pan
- Fry it for 20-30 minutes without covering.
- Add the salt and the wine.
- Let it reduce and put it in a bowl.
- Boil the pasta and serve it right away.
- Put the sauce on top, mix and enjoy!
