Pita Chips
- 2 whole pitas
- Olive oil (for brushing)
- Dash cayenne
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Brush 2 whole pitas with olive oil (for a lower-fat chip, do not brush with oil),stack pitas and cut into wedges.
- Arrange wedges on baking sheet and sprinkle with cayenne.
- Top with second baking sheet to keep chips flat.
- Place stacked baking sheets in oven and bake chips in 375 degrees oven for 12-15 minutes or until crisp.
