Shish Kabob(Microwave)

  1. Make marinade by combining vinegar, oil, onion salt, garlic, soy sauce, oregano and water in large bowl.
  2. Cut meat in 1-inch cubes.
  3. Add to marinade and let stand refrigerated 5 to 6 hours. Stir occasionally.
  4. Arrange meat cubes and vegetables alternately on 6 long wooden skewers.
  5. Place 2 or 3 skewers at a time on microproof dinner plate.
  6. Cook uncovered on High (maximum power) 1 to 1 1/2 minutes for medium rare.
  7. Repeat for remaining skewers. Cook slightly longer for well-done meat.
  8. (Total cooking time is 2 to 4 1/2 minutes.)
