Meat Balls In Mushroom Gravy Recipe
- 12 crushed saltines
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. water
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 egg
- Sm. onion, chopped
- Place saltines and 1 c. lowfat milk in bowl.
- Mix soup, water, 1/2 c. lowfat milk in electric skillet.
- Add in salt, pepper, onion, egg and hamburger to saltine mix and mix well.
- Form into balls and cook in mushroom gravy at 220 degrees for 1/2 hrs.
