Bolognese Pasta Sauce Recipe

  1. Fry onion and garlic in oil, then add in meat and fry till brown.
  2. Add in mushrooms, tomatoes, stock and some water (app.
  3. 1/4 l), and simmer for about 20 min.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and oregano.
  5. Serve over any kind of pasta and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
