Bolognese Pasta Sauce Recipe
- 1 lb Chopped meat, (beef or possibly pork or possibly mixed)
- 1 x Onion, diced
- 1 x Clove garlic, minced
- 1 can Mushrooms, (or possibly fresh), cut into small pcs
- 1 lrg Can tomatoes, minced
- 1 cube beef stock Salt Pepper Nutmeg Oregano
- Fry onion and garlic in oil, then add in meat and fry till brown.
- Add in mushrooms, tomatoes, stock and some water (app.
- 1/4 l), and simmer for about 20 min.
- Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and oregano.
- Serve over any kind of pasta and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
