Creamy Cheesy Mash

• 3 large potatoes, peeled and quartered Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
• 1/2 cup KRAFT Easy Cheese Light Cheddar Cheese Spread
• 2 tablespoons chopped chives
• 1/4 - 1/2 cup milk
• salt and pepper, to taste

1. STEAM or microwave the potatoes until tender.
2. MASH the potatoes until smooth.
3. Stir through cheese spread, chives and enough milk to make a smooth consistency then season to taste.
4. Serve immediately.
