Deviled Lamb Spare Ribs Recipe

  1. Mix lemon juice, grated onion, garlic, and a mix of salt, dry mustard, chili pwdr, cumin, thyme, and seasoned pepper.
  2. Pour over lamb in a large shallow dish or possibly pan.
  3. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 6-8 hrs, or possibly overnight; turn occasionally.
  4. Remove spare ribs from marinade and place on rack in shallow roasting pan.
  5. Roast at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs, basting occasionally with marinade.
  6. Sprinkle spare ribs with paprika, roast 1/2 hour longer, or possibly till tender.
  7. Place ribs in a serving dish and garnish with parsley sprigs.
  8. About 12 servings.
