BBQ Country Style Pork Ribs
- 2 lb Bone in Country Style Pork Ribs, Thick cut, 1/2 pound each.
- 2 tbsp Dark brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper.
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Dark molasses
- 2 tbsp Dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Mustard, plain yellow
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- Mix dry rub and season country style ribs.
- Refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Mix all ingredients for barbecue sauce and refrigerate.
- Set up grill for a "3 Zone" fire.
- (A double thick layer of charcoal in the back, a single layer in the middle, at the front empty and heat free).
- Grill country ribs directly over heat, 5 minutes or so per side.
- (cook to a nice golden brown colors per side).
- Move ribs to the front of the grill (off the heat).
- Continue to cook at about 300F or cooler for 1 hour.
- Glaze with barbecue sauce and cooked for 10 to 15 mins.
- Turn ribs glaze with sauce and cook 10 to 15 minutes.
- Allow to rest 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
