Teriyaki-style Pan-fried Ginger Pork
- 200 grams Pork loin (sliced thinly for ginger pork)
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Grated ginger
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp Cooking sake
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Place the meat in and fry both sides of the meat.
- Then add the mixed ingredients right away.
- Coat the meat with the sauce and cook quickly over medium-high heat.
- Pan-fry the meat until it's golden brown and the sauce has cooked off.
