Teriyaki-style Pan-fried Ginger Pork

  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Place the meat in and fry both sides of the meat.
  4. Then add the mixed ingredients right away.
  5. Coat the meat with the sauce and cook quickly over medium-high heat.
  6. Pan-fry the meat until it's golden brown and the sauce has cooked off.
