CANDY APPLE JELLY
- 4 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup Red Hots
- 1 pkg. (1-3/4 oz. ) powered pectin
- 4 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- In large sausepan, combine the apple juice, candies, & pectin.
- Bring to a Rolling boil over High Heat.
- Stirring constantly.
- Stir in sugar.
- Return to a full boil.
- Boil for 2 min.
- Stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat; skim off any foam & discard any undissolved candies.
- Carefully ladle Hot mixture into sterilized half- pint jars.Leaving 1/4" headspace.
- Remove air bubbles.
- Wipe rims & adjust lids.
- Process 5 min.in a boiling water canner.
- ( 6 half- pint jars , I Got 8)...
