Cucumber-Garlic Spread

  1. In medium bowl, combine cucumbers, yogurt, sour cream, garlic, onions, dill, mint, pepper, and salt.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. When ready to serve, stir mixture until well combined; transfer to a serving bowl.
  4. Garnish with dill sprigs, if desired.
