Cucumber-Garlic Spread
- 4 medium Cucumbers
- 1 1/4 c. low-fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 6 clove garlic
- 2 green onions
- 2 tbsp. Chopped fresh dill
- 1 tbsp. chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- fresh dill sprigs
- In medium bowl, combine cucumbers, yogurt, sour cream, garlic, onions, dill, mint, pepper, and salt.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- When ready to serve, stir mixture until well combined; transfer to a serving bowl.
- Garnish with dill sprigs, if desired.
