Juicee's blueberry sugar cakes

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. In a large bowl add shortning, sugar, & salt.
  3. Using a wooden sooon blend together until well mixed.
  4. Gradually stir in eggs one at a time.
  5. In a separate bowl, sift flour & baking powder together, add to wet mixture.
  6. Add milk gradually & beat mixture for 60 strokes until dough is smooth & satiny.
  7. Carefully fold in blueberries.
  8. Spoon batter into well greased muffin pan.
  9. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes, or until wooden pick comes out clean.
  10. Chill at least 2 hours....& enjoy these tastey thangz...:)
