Kimchi Jjigae Stewed Udon

  1. Cook the frozen udon noodles.
  2. Grate the garlic.
  3. Cut the pork into bite sizes.
  4. Cut the garlic chives into about 5 cm lengths.
  5. Pour water in a clay pot.
  6. Bring to the boil and add the grated garlic and the ingredients.
  7. Mix well and add the pork.
  8. After the pork is cooked through add the udon noodles and kimchi.
  9. Stir gently.
  10. Add the garlic chives and egg to 2.
  11. Cover and cook until the egg is soft-cooked.
