Grilled Potato Salad

  1. Blend the onion soup mix, oil, vinegar, garlic, basil and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Stir in the potatoes and peppers.
  3. Grease a 30x18-inch piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil on aluminum pan.
  4. Top with the potato mixture.
  5. Grill for about 40 minutes until the potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
