Cheesy Broccoli Chicken
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
- 4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked, diced
- 2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up, melted
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) margarine or butter, melted
- Buttered bread crumbs
- Boil frozen broccoli until just thawed.
- Mix with all remaining ingredients except bread crumbs and pour into casserole dish or 13x9-inch baking pan.
- Top with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
