Pork, apple, beer

  1. Cut the pork chops into 1/2 inch strips (about 1 cm).
  2. Slice the apples, skin on.
  3. Put in a large bowl.
  4. Add all the marinade ingredients.
  5. (The beer last so that all will foam :)) Make sure that all is incorporated and leave in fridge for at least 1 hour.
  6. When ready to cook, heat a pan with evoo.
  7. Take only the pork pieces and with a paper towel pat dry the excess moisture.
  8. Then put them in the pan and leave for 7-8 or until they get nice and brown.
  9. Then add the marinade with the apples in it.
  10. Leave for about 15 mins.
  11. The apples will soften and the beer will evaporate.
  12. Don't worry, you can open another bottle.
  13. :)
  14. Serve warm and may garnish with some scallion.
  15. Enjoy!
