Salmon Party Balls, (Or Dip)

  1. Drain salmon.
  2. Remove skin and bones, then flake.
  3. Combine with lemon juice, onion, liquid smoke, salt, pepper, horseradish, tabasco and cream cheese.
  4. Chill several hours or overnight.
  5. Combine pecans and parsley.
  6. Sprinkle a layer on a cutting board.
  7. Form salmon mixture into small balls and roll each ball in pecan mixture.
  8. Chill and serve with crackers, chips, toast wedges etc.
