Hamburger Soup
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 (14 ounce) candiced potatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (14 ounce) can corn
- 1 (14 ounce) can Spanish rice
- 1 (14 ounce) canhot tomatoes
- 1 (12 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
- 2 cups water
- salt and pepper
- Brown the ground beef.
- Add chopped onion, potato, corn, rice, tomato vegetables, broth and water.
- Cook slowly for at least 2 hours.
