Almond Mushroom Wild Rice Recipe

  1. Rinse and drain rice; place in a 1 1/2-qt baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Add in the remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs, or possibly till liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
  4. Serves six.
