Mexican Stew Recipe
- 2 pound stew meat, cut in bite size cubes
- 3 med. sized onions, diced
- 3 lg. potatoes, diced
- 4 cans (4 1/2 ounce.) minced green chile
- 3 large cloves of garlic, minced fine
- 3 pinches cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Brown meat, add in onions, garlic, salt, pepper, cumin and chile with sufficient water to cover.
- Add in to diced potatoes, cook entire stew in crockpot for 5 to 8 hrs on low setting.
