Easy Potato Dish
- 1 stick butter
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 can cream chicken soup
- 1 container (1 lb.) sour cream
- 1 pkg. (2 lb.) frozen country style hashbrowns, thawed
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 1.
- Brown onion in butter.
- 2.
- Add cream of chicken soup and heat until melted.
- 3.
- In casserole dish put hashbrowns, soup mixture, sour cream and 1 cup cheese.
- Mix well.
- 4.
- Top with remaining cheese and black pepper (heavy on pepper).
- 5.
- Bake at 350F for about 45 minutes.
